Stay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying "leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it." which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine.
The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd.
Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC.

Stayed for 2 days in JinJiang Inn we really enjoyed our stay since the location of the hotel is a few minutes walk to SM megamall

We didnt checkin at the hotel and been requested TWICE for cancellation due to typhoon crising, NDRRMC has been issuing warnings the whole day about Metro Manila experiencing an ORANGE RAINFALL and yet the hotel didn't even show any empathy to their customer's safety despite it's a FORCE MAJUERE.

The transportation around the hotel is convenient. The SM supermarket can meet daily shopping needs. There are also many places to eat and the breakfast is relatively rich. The front desk and the doorman will take the initiative to help with the luggage.
